In Europe the latest Mustang GT has (5.0 Alu-V8) 418 HP and needs about 5sec from 0 - 100km/h. The Honda RR 900 needs 2,9 sec to 100km/h. I am sorry to tell you that but under "normal conditions" its technical-wise NO WAY for a Mustang GT to be faster than a Honda RR 900!

The first race was from 60mph. Bike was in 2nd, which usually starts at 75. 2nd race was from 70, 2nd gear once again. First race was out of the power band because it's an awkward speed. Wheelie 1st or have no power in 2nd. Stock w/ a slip-on. Shifts were at redline. Just didn't have the power for it. There's no rider error in the 2nd race. The bike did get turbocharged later and was good for ~200hp but it lifted the head & was sold before it was ever run hard. Rider currently has an S1000RR.

Say that the bike at most has 150bhp and 105rwhp (rules is 30% less hp at the wheel), and the weight with rider is 500lbs. That means that the bike has 1 hp 4 every 4.8 lbs of weight. Now da car aprroximately weighs 3200lbs and has to have 670rwhp to be side by side with the bike. Thats only 871 flywheel hp.. Now tell me this, what isn't there 2 believe? Thats very possible. Everyone knows that Bikes are the "Cream of the Crop" as far as All Around Performance, Speed, & Handling etc. etc. These videos are to show that a 3000+.lbs car (with 750HP) can keep up with & in some cases out perform a 600.lbs "Sport Bike" (in terms of acceleration). I think anyone with 1/2 a brain would agree that that's pretty impressive. :)

The rider was new and the bike was stock. The first race was from 60mph. 1st gear topped out at 70 or 75. So the choice was either start in 1st, snap the nose up, then grab 2nd -or- just start in 2nd.

The second race was from 70, still in 2nd gear. That's why the bike managed to get up into 4th.

The Mustang used to trap in the 140s. The bike used to run a 10.8 at 129 with a 1.7 60'. A rider won't make up for a 15mph+ difference in trap speeds, in a 60 or 70mph roll race.

hmmm, not bad for the stang good kill you should of run a fireblade or a 954 you know that 900RR is old school you know bikes are strong on low end if yor doing 60 or 70 mph of course a hook up stang will keep up try running a 2004 to 2006 R1 your gonna be shocked
