That remixed transformation sound is interesting. But I guess the classic one isn't exactly all that "realistic" so they tried to blend it into the sounds of his other moving parts.
the more I watch this scene in theatres the more I notice about it, and watching it now I noticed Ratchet was shooting him towards the end when the military gets involved in it. as far as a movie goes Transformers was the best I've seen.
I wouldn't say retarded, I just happen to know what good cinema is. And this is pedestrian film-making at its most spectacular. Michael Bay uses far too many quick cuts and far too much slo-mo. Sure, it looks kinda cool but placing too much emphasis on individual 'iconic' shots often leads to incoherent action sequences that don't gel together particularly well. That's the case here, over produced rubbish.
Well I'm a Media Director, and I think what Michael Bay has done is flaming brilliant! And the quick cuts is what stimulates your blood into wanting more and more and more! Which he pulls off nicely! The funny thing is no-one cares who is who, it makes you feel you're actually there in the street thinking Oh S*it they're everywhere! I think it's wiked SO SHUT IT!!!!!! LMAO

i like how micheal bay showed the girl screaming... it showed how fearful humans are of aliens yet ironhide i belive jumped over her to not kill her by running her over.

That remixed transformation sound is interesting. But I guess the classic one isn't exactly all that "realistic" so they tried to blend it into the sounds of his other moving parts.

Dude, it's a movie about GM Vehicles. That's it. That's where the problem lies.
Nothing about this film to read into, it's just dumb effects for the average moviegoer ignorant of plot or current existing history.
I have no problem with the film, it's just not a TF film.

Devastator may have been a combiner in the cartoon, but I believe Brawl was a Combaticon in the cartoon as well. So he is part of a combiner.

the more I watch this scene in theatres the more I notice about it, and watching it now I noticed Ratchet was shooting him towards the end when the military gets involved in it. as far as a movie goes Transformers was the best I've seen.

I wouldn't say retarded, I just happen to know what good cinema is. And this is pedestrian film-making at its most spectacular. Michael Bay uses far too many quick cuts and far too much slo-mo. Sure, it looks kinda cool but placing too much emphasis on individual 'iconic' shots often leads to incoherent action sequences that don't gel together particularly well. That's the case here, over produced rubbish.

Well I'm a Media Director, and I think what Michael Bay has done is flaming brilliant! And the quick cuts is what stimulates your blood into wanting more and more and more! Which he pulls off nicely! The funny thing is no-one cares who is who, it makes you feel you're actually there in the street thinking Oh S*it they're everywhere! I think it's wiked SO SHUT IT!!!!!! LMAO
