I love this song, but I can definitely understand why it might piss off the early Genesis fans. This is pure unbridled pop.

However, it is REALLY EXCELLENT pop music. I consider it just another feather in the caps of the guys from Genesis, that they could write some of the best progressive rock of all time AND some of the best pop rock of all time.
