This takes 50% Heat but it does do heavy damage. If they bursted they are dead. If they haven't bursted you will deal a lot of damage and possibly force them to burst. 50% Heat isn't the end of the world.
The one with the Ice Arrow DD ender is more or less useless though.
I have seen professional Jin's use this. It's actually useful, unlike Noel's empty 3C activated Hakumen only 100% 10,000 damage combo.
and for those unsure of that the numbers are for they are notations for directions just look at the number pad of your keyboard or a calculator to get it 5 = neutral 6 = forward 2 = down etc.

6C 6D 6C 6D 5C super jump B C jump cancel C then Ice car B
just incase anyone wants a corner combo with jin that doesnt use up as much bar this one does look like a nice finishing combo though
