I think they sound pretty good. The original Ride does sound a tad bit better. I had the chance to get an original Kill em all, but it was way over priced. It was practically brand new too never played.I am happy with what I have now. I might be getting more records in a month, so watch out for those vids when they come.If you want.
Cool. What do you think about the sound? A lot of fans really shit on the sound of the re-issues.Many fans feel ripped off. I think they sound fine. When compared to the originals. the re-issues do leave a little to be desired.
I haven't played 'em yet honestly, I don't even have a hi-fi system but they're still collector's items. So they don't sound as great as the original issues?
I think the records sound just fine. When compared to the CD's the drums and cymbals sit way back in the mix. The guitars and vocals really shine on these re-issues of the album. I am basing this on the albums I have heard. Now I have not listened to The Black album or Justice vinyl record re-issues yet.
I have the original Kill 'Em All on vinyl with the inserts with the lyrics printed on! I've also got all the singles from The Black Album on 12 inch singles and One on 12 inch.
You have a green one? That was a printing mistake that occurred when the album was first pressed. Those are considered collectors items now, and you can get a lot of money for them.
yes, an italian friend brought it me, he bought it in France in the year when the album appeared, i know that i can get a lot of money for it, but i don't want to sell it.
Cool. I nearly got Ride and Master original vinyls, but they were all scratched up. That is cool that you have those singles. I have been looking for the jump in the fire single. The creeping death single I will be getting soon. Good luck with your collection.
The Kill and Ride records are not originals. The first two albums are 2008 remasters. They both sound amazing. The Master of Puppets is original. It is a Music of Nations edition. In other words the Master of Puppets is a import from Europe i believe.
Well save your money and you can buy them online or at your local record retailer. These Metallica remasters are not hard to find. Some might say they sound better than the CD's. I think they sound a whole hell of a lot better than the CD's. The only draw back to the records is if they are Audiophile you have to get Audiophile quality equipment to really have them shine.

No I don't. I saw a copy of it for about 40.00 at a record store. I am poor so could not afford it at the time.

That's awesome. Be sure not to drink the water!

Is the water still bad in Mexico? My parents went there 20 yrs ago. My mom drank the water there and was sick as a dog the rest of the trip.
PearlJammer07 2 years ago
Yeah, a few kids went there for Spring Break and made the mistake of drinking the tap water. They were all pretty sick after that.

Yikes. Another reason not to go there is the corrupt cops there. They can rob you and kill ya.
