  • The best example I can come up with is it sounds like welding without the sparking noise.

    Usually only when hot, more so when hot, but it can do it anytime. If the RPM's increase it goes away.

  • hmmm could be in the pump then again maybe in the converter may sound funny could even be an exhaust noise

  • I put Delco platinum in mine. Dealer recommends Delco wires as well because they are supposed to provide the best fit for the plugs.

  • It has about 134,000. I liked what you said about the throttle body controlled shifting. I'm getting some noise from what I think could be my tranny pump as it seems to happen when I'm at a stop or shift into reverse.

  • i think the detent cable controlled shifting was stupid i mean electronic shift isn't much better but that cable design is just stupid like wat kind of noise is ur tranny making?
