It's a setting inside the file . I forgot which one but should be in the Youtube one and it'll be a "0" for normal and put "1" for HQ.

ok i have now downloaded cfw and i got version 390 and it is on my psp and everythin but i cant update to it because i have already updated my psp to like version 5.02 so how do i delete the version 5.02 to update it with version 3.90 cfw *out of breath*

Yes you need custon firmware, First you have to buy a pandora battery online, then u need a magic memory stick. You can look at vids on how to make one.

Make sure you open up the folder called 24992_UlitimatePSPTube1.2 and when you look inside drag the folder called UltimatePSP Tube into your game folder.
