  • From what I have heard, this program can be tailored for just about anyone. I am like you: overweight and worried. This particular program has a "lite" version to break people in. Also- it has a diet and the psychological components. It does not have the 3 month cycles of Commando BUT it does have more variation in decreasing the sophistication levels of the programs. YOU CAN DO THIS!

  • Hi there Scott! I've taken a look into your programs such as tacfit commando and now tacfit warrior via your vids. And its look very appealing to me. It would be sweet I think 2 follow them one day. the only thing is that I am a overweight female with 50lbs excess weight! I do workout regurlarly on a 3 day basis( dumbell& bodyweight training)but never done something like this. Is there anything like a beginner/roukie level in your programs? Is it even possible to do these while being overweight?
