Patrick is walking out of a hospital or pediatrician or something with a piece of paper that might be a test result and then she said i think its over and then you see them in a romantic place putting there clothes back on and Patrick getting up to leave!! OMG i hate this!! Why does Katrick have to break up!! Katrick Forever<3 O and I hope that they get back together in the last episode or the series will suck!!

@ judithkt I think so too. I think what happened is that maybe. Patrick 'wanted' Kat but, she disagreed and had 'the' arguement the broke up Katrick. That's my prediction.

I'm hooked on this show and now I'm hearing that ABC Family decided to cancel it. Why don't they cancel Secret Life? This is one of the reasons why I hate watching a GREAT show because they always end up being cancelled. ABC stands for Always Being Cancelled.

@capergirlie92 Um, because ( I read the short summary of the episode ) Patrick and Kat wanted to take their relationship to the 'next level', as in 'want' and I guess at the last minute she backed out which caused Patrick to get frustrated and Kat frozen in place with heartbreak lashing out on her. :/ I think maybe it was because when she first had 'it', it was with a complete jerk who she trusted. So maybe that's why... :/ That's my theory. :D :(

Summary-
