@ttiiyy If you were trying to be impartial then you'd also talk about FTA first, which was signed by Reagan in 88'. NAFTA was also negotiated by George H. W. Bush in 1992, so you need to put a lot of blame on him too. Reagan, Bush Sr. and Clinton all adhere to what's called Neoliberalism. People often forget that the term is economic policies to "liberate" free enterprise & trade. The only difference between those three Presidents is budget deficits, and I'm sure we all know who did best there.
