At first a bit weird because B5 is more serious and Die Ärzte more silly on the surface. After a short time it fits because both are creative and intelligent. To sum it up: Thanks for a good B5- and Ärzte-video. :)

This is not Mayan, this is German. I am not saying your song is irrelevant, but Babylon 5 has become popular on its own merits and you are using their popularity to promote your song (if it is your song) and (unt) that is wrong. I dislike this video no matter how much I like Babylon 5.

@StimuLAZ Um, no, it's not Mayan. Where did I say so? Mayanvideos simply is my nick. The song isn't mine, neither is the footage - I clearly state all of this in the "ending credits". It's a fan video, simple as that. (See Wikipedia on "Vidding", if you like.) It's not meant to "promote" anything but enjoyment of the show (and in this particular case maybe some thoughts about its political themes). Have fun criticizing every other fan video on the web ;)

@mayanvideos Hey, I was not looking for fan videos to criticize. I was not looking for German pop music or some singer I never heard of. You think I should be glad it was not techno? Well I am. I was not criticizing your taste in music. All I wanted was to see Babylon 5 because I like it ( ; and I guess that means I am a fan which is perhaps something you can understand : ) so being distracted and annoyed by your "creation" was not exactly on my wish list, and I was certainly not looking for it.

@StimuLAZ If this video isn't what you were looking for, that's fine. Go look somewhere else then. It's not my fault you ended up here. There are people who happen to like these kind of works. Are they supposed to use some different kind of web so that they don't interfere with your personal preferences? The internet is big enough for all kinds of things. That's what makes it so great, isn't it?

Interesting mix of words and images, definitely a collection of some of B5s sleaziest operators, especially at the beginning of the vid. I always enjoyed this show's taste for historical references too. The shot of Clark taking the oath of office around 1:24 was staged in imitation of Johnson taking the oath after Kennedy was assassinated.
