you know what? my asthma went away pretty much or i can control it now and i smoke... a lot... i run too and i smoke a bunch before i run. i used to use an inhaler and it gave me weird heart murmurs. then one day i decided to stop using it. i just warm up before i exercise. if i sprint cold i will have an asthma attack - but i feel weed has helped me calm down my lungs - i also like to run baked - zone out nice - just gotta listen to death metal and get pumped and get to the gym all baked lolpot
