  • How Tall Are you

  • @972xman 6'1"-6'2"

  • Dribble dog...

  • @CLewey44 new video dog...

  • same dunk again and again...you should try somethin different dude..

  • @cjslipknot1234 I got new ones coming, my friend. I have been lazy in terms of posting videos lately.

  • Aye Umm When You Dunk Just Run Full Speed Don't Shuffle Your Feet Before You Get There Just Go At It And Don't Hold The Ball Like That You Won't Get Up That Much .... Im 5'8 And Dunking Going To The 10th Grade I Used Jumpsoles Too But TFB Products Are Better

  • @101BREZZY TFB Products? O_o

  • @FlynamicDuo The apl Shoes "Banned By The Nba Approve By TFB" Type In People Like T-dub,Air Bama, Or Jus Fly

  • @101BREZZY oh I've heard of TFB, those guys are incredible. I have also heard of the APL Basketball shoes. They are a completely different concept than Jumpsoles though. The Jumpsole is a training device, and the APL's are an actual shoe meant to be played in. You are lucky if you have had a chance to use/own those shoes, I would LOVE to be able to give those things a run.

  • @FlynamicDuo Mann Im About To Get Those Shoes If You Do Vertical Workouts With Them You Can Add Inches Too My Vertical is 36 Inches Right Now And They Are Incredible ... Unbelievable

  • @101BREZZY they cost so much, I would be afraid to put the things on.

  • @FlynamicDuo they're 195

  • @101BREZZY really? they were 300 dollars when they first came out

  • @FlynamicDuo yesss

  • @alandaog thanks brosef. I can do more now a days but I have been lazy with recording. I should have 2 or 3 new ones coming up in the not so distant future.

  • It seems like after seven weeks of training u should be jumping higher than what u are

  • @eat3waffels weeks 6 and 7 were used very nonchalantly and my legs were still moderately fatigued. good I have achieved better results? I am sure I could have. But am I impressed and happy with what I HAVE achieved? 100%! Especially after how well I am doing now. I need to get around to posting another video for that.

  • @FlynamicDuo oh well keep training hard

  • @eat3waffels no doubt my man!

  • @FlynamicDuo i got one quick question, do you think that homemade jumpsoles would work differently than the real jumpsoles. I made mine with old tennis shoes, some kind of hard foam, and duct tape.

  • @eat3waffels it's hard to say since I haven't used homemade ones before. the only way for you to tell is to use them and see how you feel.

  • How many times a week do you do the workout?

  • @CrazyBro81 the manual says to leave 2 days of rest in between, but sometimes we like to do it every other day.

  • @FlynamicDuo haha well then it's good to see you dunkin now man

  • You shouldn't need jumpsoles to dunk at 6'2...

  • @CrazyBro81 before them, I could still rattle one in once in a few blue moons. I have always had a natural leaping ability. The only problem is that it only kicks in when I try to jump far, not high. Other than that, God focused his work elsewhere when creating me.

  • OH SORRY. I thought it was 5'7 but it was actually 5-7 XD

  • @Kraifal ha it's okay. easy mistake now that I looka at it.

  • you sure you're 5'7? o.o it seems like you're 5'9 because that's how high i jump and i can tap the rim but your hands are above the rim :) anyways, nice even if you're 5'8, its still hard to dunk :)

  • You should fix your jumping technique, you could add 3-6 inches by just fixing it

  • @UnF0cuS I'm open minded, what do you recommend?

  • @FlynamicDuo Well theres the 2 foot and 1 foot, I'm comfortable with 1 foot, so... just running and getting speed, then your second to last step is the longest then your next is short and you transfer all your vertical momentum upwards, I'm pretty sure theres video's on here telling you how to, I definitely know Vertical jump bible tells you, takes practice

  • @UnF0cuS I'll have to make it a point to look into that. thank you for your insight!

  • How high could you jump before workouts with the jump soles ?

  • @AutoFreakKillah ehh, hard to say. I never really measured it before (I really wish I did) but I could just get my fingers around the rim

  • Sam oh sam Your blow gun skills are rising.

  • nice dunks...I just started using jumpsoles last week...posting videos once a week... check out the one I made last week...

  • @thabellman thanks! I'm doing ones that are better to say the least now a days. I checked your vids out, good stuff man. Good luck with your training!

  • man, i have quite a few questions for you guys: how tall is the guy dunking?

and do the jumpsoles really work? also please tell me how i should do the workout, like how often and when i should rest. thanks.

PS: nice dunks! hopefully i get up there too in a few months

  • @beebotheman23 The guy dunking would be me :) Im 6'1"-6'3" depending on the doctor I go to. And do they work? Absolutely! I consider them to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. Keep in mind I am not sponsored by them or anyone else so I have no reason to lie about it. I did it 2-4 times a week and usually left 2 days of rest in between. Thanks and good luck!

  • @FlynamicDuo thanks! i would just probably just do the workouts on weekdays and rest on weekends. i am 5'10 and 164lb. right now i can barely touch the rim. howw long do you think it will take me to grab it or get above it?

  • @beebotheman23 the results vary TREMENDOUSLY by the athlete. I'd say maybe 8-10 weeks of intense training but remember, nothing is promised. Someone 5'10" throwing down is pretty exciting though so its well worth it. Post vid's if you can.
