You don't need app anymore, just update firmware on phone to latest version, then it'll be in your options.

Assuming you have a USB cable to connect your phone to the pc, download Nokia PC suite and install it, then once it's open, connect your phone to the pc, and on the nokia pc suite window go onto the icon that has an arrow on it that says Check online for the latest phone software updates. It's pretty much self explanatory from there.
