Bwhracing it's actually an attempted Achilles's lock, not att. the knee at all, Knee bars/heel hooks are illegal at this level of amateur grappling. LOL@Chaz.

Bwhracing - this was Amanda's first grappling match ever, her opponent missed weight and had WAY more experience than her, As on of her coaches we were very proud of her performance and she (like all of us) is working on getting better in all areas. Thanks for watching.
