the way u do it is put ur tounge out of ur mouth and close ur lips around ur tounge a little tightly. Then just quickly blow a bubble. Experiment with ait a little then u should get it eventually.

it's called pressure. air is compressed at the bottom of the pool.. aa it goes to the surface, it expands.

My marine science teacher taught me when we were in Australia. All you do is make sure your head is flat on the seabed or pool floor, and say the word "pop." Honestly, it's that easy. I did it on the first try. Say it like you mean it though, like you're yelling at your dad. "POP!
