jacob bannon is a one of a kind vocalist. he doesn't growl, its more of a hardcore "bark" in a way. don't forget, this is a primarily hardcore band and one the most influential ones out there. and no, their lyrics aren't all the same. axe to fall is about to come out and its going to be incredible.
Damn, I'm glad Hellfest got scrapped. A bunch of long haired metal douchebags headbanging in the front row as Converge plays on a huge stage with a baracade? Is this really what hardcore has become? (Note: I'm not blaming converge, just the idiots who book hellfest).
I hate it when the crowd is separated from the band like that.
