@Soundgarden8497 a concept that i've learnt at law school is that of substantive equality; which in a nutshell is treating others differently in order to achieve equality. this is different from formal equality; that by treating everyone the same will achieve equality. i can see what you mean and understand your point, however it was the british/australians that came to the land after the aboriginals were here, and enforced their law onto them, not recognizing their traditonal customary law.

@jimbo232323 that's life, the strong and dominant will rule eventually but humanity is fucking with this reality, and this is ruining evolution which is bringing EVERYONE down in everything in everyway. people think everything in life can be all pretty and absolutely fair to everyone, but nature doesn't work that way, the laws of nature apply to the most "sophisticated and cultured" parts of society just as much as it did and does to native aboriginals. life is unfair, get over it.

The suffering that they went through is indescribable and has had a lasting impact in the indigenous culture. How exactly is is it "ruining evolution"? I am from WA and 3 generations of my family has been stolen.
