@ItzizAustin Both English and Swedish are Germanic languages. I believe that the modern interest and fascination with the Scandinavian culture is due in part to the loosening of religious shackles from the feet of society. Just interest in the less known. But by comparing the number of speakers and the sheer ammount of literature you must agree though, that the English language is far more developed and intricate than Swedish. And this is not meant as an insult, but simply as a statistical fact.
