I'm just playing through for my first time. I guess I went too far because I ran into the telepathic zombie or whatever it is. I couldn't think how to get at it so I ran behind it and stabbed him in the head until he died. NOT SO TOUGH NOW MOFO

When I played this, the bloodsucker was unstealthed in a corner for some reason lol, so I was like " Wtf is that" and started shooting at it, and killed it.
