  • broi did workouts you did for 1min long like u said and no kidding, its no joke. im going buy it in august whn i wont have that many stuff to pay off. im ready for this, and im going to give it my all. i thought wrestling practice was hard but man was i wrong. Im ready for the insanity challenge ^_^

I've been drinking it consistently now since I Jan 10 (disclaimer: I'm a coach for beachbody and also promote the product, not just because I'm a coach but because it's a doctor recommended high quality shake).

  • @arthisz1 oh, don't get it twisted, I was fatiguing but my body had adapted some...I definitely improved. Keep going and you'll do better as you keep going.

  • Dude that's a great and honest video. How tired you finish in the first week and how you can fuel yourself afterwards? MAy be this is a stupid question but I have a lot of work and I can't afford being smash down and tired at job. Thanks again (thumbs up)!!!

  • @leonidasperez truthfully, you're very tired when the actual workouts are done, but within 30 minutes, I drink a recovery shake and then make sure I get a meal in (usually a meal shake since I'm usually running to work right afterwards). inbox me if you have more questions and I'll be happy to answer.

  • Your doing awesome man! Im a 16 year old varsity gymnast and insanity is a required workout i'm suppose to do no problem. It is HARD. Keep it up, you've inspired my family.

  • I was thinking of doing Athlean-X, but after seeing how hard insanity makes you push, I know I would see results before fall. I am about 230lbs with a lot of fat on me. I have been working out, but I am not in too good of a shape. Would you recommend buying Insanity?

  • @Raym0ndb09 If you're looking to take your cardio fitness to the next level and dramatically improve your core (which will help you all the way around) then yes...if you're looking to drop fat you're going to have to be good on the diet end...follow the food guide and you'll be okay.

  • @SPARTEN737 It's old but I'm here. glad you are concerned at a young age...you can do this...I used Insanity with my youth football team that I coached and they were 9-11 yrs old

    i just finished my second fit test and my results are pretty insaneee

    i had 108 reps more in all excersise :P

    and u are really are great motivation, i just look this vid after fit test 1 and you improved really a lot!

    btw im not drinking any recovery drink or anything else, i eat same food like before but in smaller meals 5-6 times a day and im doing practice on empty stomache at morning, already lost 3.5 kg but somehow i feel too much exosted after workout. should i buy some recovery?

  • @lleeggeennddaa Hey Thanks! Congrats to you as well...your results are great. After the workout it's important to get some calories back in...you can burn 500-1000 calories during the workout. Our recovery drink is excellent but there are many things you can use such as chocolate milk if your stomach can handle it. just make sure you replace the lost calories appropriately within 30 mins of the workout. if you want my link to buy recovery formula, inbox me - thanks!

  • @BearrZe you're right on track with Insanity - you' won't bulk up (if you're keeping an eye on your diet, you'll burn fat and see more definition.

This is now a part of my lifestyle. I may get the Insanity program as well to mix it up. Never have to go to a gym again. My gym is my home. That is great.

  • @epdisme you're right, I'm Darrell. That's great...a lot of people are doing a hybrid p90x/insanity workout. I haven't gotten there yet but plan to after this next run on insanity.

  • @epdisme no, i completed the program but didn't video as much down stretch due to my work schedule...i will upload fit test #3 soon and because of the comments/requests, I'm going to record portions of some actual workouts going forward in the near future. (I'm just not good at editing and I can only upload 10mins to you tube).

  • @homefitnesssuccess awesome, did you take a lot of breaks during the program? I'm on day 2 and the plyometrics cardio circuit made me take a lot of break and I was wondering if that's a bad thing

  • @XtraSd YES...I hadn't worked out for 5 months when I started - nothing wrong with taking breaks to fully recover, then get back to it.

  • @homefitnesssuccess if you take breaks, your body builds hormones that help with muscle growth so body builders pause 30-60 seconds between sets. faster non quitting burns more calories for the same workout, and raises the heart higher, burning fat faster.

  • @Horthaful there are various exercise routines and dozens of different exercises in the program (only a few are shown in the fit test)

  • I guess I'm not the only one that feels extreme happiness after an insanity workout; it's like a quick rush of euphoria! The workouts are extremely fun and I myself have almost a month in at the end of this week. I remember my first fit test; I also felt like throwing up, but all of that nausea goes away within the first week or so and after that it's just pure insanity and having fun at the same time. There is nothing more fun than challenging yourself with Insanity. Insanity is Insane! :-)
