i gotcha, bridge pickup is good for rythem and you get a nice bite when doing chugs and speed picking, neck pickup is nice and smooth and you feel like your gliding instead of having to worry about muting the strings to keep the solos sounding clean when on the bridge pickup.

I disagree. Most passive bridge pickups that have the insane high output ppl like in real death metal will over drive your amp even with minimal gain. For that reason its hard to get a truly clean sound. So its either insane overdrive and distortion or clean. Thats why neck pickup. obviously that doesn't apply to this guitar it looks like though.

i already had one discussion about this subject on this video, but i'll say it again: dimebags genious is not in his technique, it was his sound. the true great solo guitarists aren't defined on how fast they can play. they are defined by people hearing them and instantly knowing that it is them. dimebag did that, and almost started the whole revolution of groove metal. it was him that wrote the biggest pantera songs and it was him that was the heart and soul of the band.
He was an innovator. I mean Eddie Van Halen may not be as good as Steve Vai has come to be but he paved the way, just as Dimebag did. They were bigger than Metallica at one time. I didn't even listen to that type music but respect him as any guitarist should.

Glen Benton acctually does claim to worship satan, and he acctually really hates Christians. He probly accepted Ralph cause he's an awesome guitarist and seems to be a cool guy. But the extent of blasphemy in their music does make it seem like it's for show.

Ralph is an amazingly talented guitarist anyone can tell that. But what makes glen so talented is the fact that he plays bass and death growls EXTREMELY well. But hes bass skills have dropped extremely since hes earlier work just listen to homage for satan or scars of the crusifix theyre the easiest songs ever to play andf the bass is literal something I learnt right after learning iron man 2 years ago...Holy crap your right he does suck. Good singer though.

He does the low and then does the highs and moxes them in the studio, its a cool trick and sounds great. But he cant actualy do that live hell just do highs or have jack do the highs while he does the lows.

I will tell you this. He was a very, very good guitarist and way better than the guitarist of Atreyu. He is a legend, and I didn't even listen to him that much but respect him. This guy is sloppy in this video, but I have listened to u & u are very sloppy as well. You evidently do not live around really good guitarist & I know u don't live close to me...If u did we could do a little head cuttn contest where u loose ur guitar & rig if u get shown up. Been playn for 27 years, liked to have yours.

I live around guitarist, And i have never been shown up. They all envy me. If you could see my play live maybe you would change your mind. Cameras do that have the sound quality our ears do. I admit I'm really not that good, And another thing. I hate Atreyu lol. And i agree with you about the emo crap lol. Generic emo voices are terrible. and when I recorded that video i thought they were good. I'm sorry we got off to a rocky start. can we call this a truce?

i already had one discussion about this subject on this video, but i'll say it again: dimebags genious is not in his technique, it was his sound. the true great solo guitarists aren't defined on how fast they can play. they are defined by people hearing them and instantly knowing that it is them. dimebag did that, and almost started the whole revolution of groove metal. it was him that wrote the biggest pantera songs and it was him that was the heart and soul of the band.

He was an innovator. I mean Eddie Van Halen may not be as good as Steve Vai has come to be but he paved the way, just as Dimebag did. They were bigger than Metallica at one time. I didn't even listen to that type music but respect him as any guitarist should.
