I don't really understand why couldn't anyone play the music they like, even though they are not from the race it started in. They can't dress up in Harajuku kei and can't play jrock inspired music just because they are not japanese? If we think like this, noone could play rock&roll except americans, or noone could play punk, only the english. This way jRock&VKei couldn't have started either.. I think it would be a shame.
