explanation:

Hillcrest is a public-housing community in Asheville. in order to help build the community, they have a drumline and majorettes. No horns, just drums. And yes, we usually get snow, but that tends to come in late december, january, and february, there's not a lot of pre-thanksgiving snow.

We used to get one or two good snows a year but for the past six or seven years we barely get a dusting.
