You know what? Granin was actually the real genius all along! Volgin claimed he failed to produced results, yet his invention, Metal Gear Rex turned out to be a major success! Not only that, even when it was crippled by Snake in MGS1, in MGS4, Rex was STILL able to kick Ray's ass! That just proved Volgin was wrong about Granin, cause he came up with a force to be reckoned with, and not even Ray could beat it, that's how powerful it is! But what's really epic is that you actually controlled Rex!

It kinda makes sense when you think about it. I think it depened more on the speed the warship was going than its weight and the position Raiden was in after the rubble landed on his arm makes it almost impossible for him to lift. :/

0:35:00 Took me a while to find out on how to beat Vamp, but found it out myself and it really was another "Damn Right - Moment". End Bosses in Metal Gear always has been a challenge, at least at first time. Remember "The End" or "Psycho Mantis". That's really what makes this Metal Gear Saga so great. Try to think like your Enemy and than use his weapons against him.

I was refering to the whole series. I have played armored core 3 and 4 and they're both great. But This mission just wipes the floor with the wholes series. 1, the invironments are distructable. You don't see any of that in armored core (With the exception of the latest one being developed). 2, It feels more realistic. Clunkyness and unweildy controls of Metal Gear REX just feels more proper for a bipedal walker sim. In armored core, your mostly hovering and straffing which gets a bit repetitive

in that set piece that goes from 1 hr 38 up to 1 hr 45 there is another route that is quicker and much less risky (notice the ladders). at the beginning ul see a stairway and after going up there there is a series of pipes and tunnels u can get through. since the path is about 20 feet up ur pretty conceiled. when u r spotted here its all over with their being 50 guards and 2 gekkos. ESPECIALLY on big boss extreme. on BBE u really hav no choice but the conceiled path
