Her live versions of "I Kissed a Girl" and "Hot and Cold" were absolutely horrid.
But her live "One of the Boys" was very. very. VERY impressive. I think that the first two songs rely on a lot of studio work, which makes it hard to sing live, whereas the other was written for the acoustic.
What I'm saying is that she is very capable of singing.... It's just unfortunate that she does her most famous tracks poorly.

It depends on the song.
Her live versions of "I Kissed a Girl" and "Hot and Cold" were absolutely horrid.
But her live "One of the Boys" was very. very. VERY impressive. I think that the first two songs rely on a lot of studio work, which makes it hard to sing live, whereas the other was written for the acoustic.
What I'm saying is that she is very capable of singing.... It's just unfortunate that she does her most famous tracks poorly.
