I have a 2000 stock hood trans am and have been looking for knight rider lights forever...yours by far are the best i have seen..i understand about the elements i am from ny i would be happy to share how they deal in ny weather..lol..please let me know when and where i can purchase the stock hood lights...thank u
@h82cugo2 Thanks! yep, I custom build them and sell them. I'm not ready to sell the stock hood one just yet. it's more exposed to the elements than the ram air hood lights so I am still testing the durabilty driving it in the elements. The ram air hood light is ready to sell. It's long proven for over 2.5 years now and 65+ sold.
@joshmaier18 Thanks. :) I've been wanting to build one for a stock hood for a long time. It came out great but unfortuneately, the install is much harder than the Ram Air hoods since it requires cutting the holes in the underside. the interior display is something I've also been wanting to do for a long time.
@BLAKBIRDPRODUCTIONS It can be done no problem. The only issue is I don't have a hood to model it off of. If I was supplied the dimensions and pictures I can make one. I do it all the time for Mustang hoods, and G8 hoods..
They should have used the Trans Am instead of that Mustang on the Knight Rider series. That's why it got canceled,no one wanted to see a Mustang as K.I.T.T. You make that look great.

Looks great. It almost looks as if the lights are arcing back, gives it a real cool effect. What about using this in conjuction with the ws6 hood/lights as well? mount these ones to the bumper or radiator support?
Hey 1999TransAmWS6 how can I get a hold of you to buy one of your kits?

@SLODWN thanks for the comments. I agree. When I heard they were making a new series I was hoping for a Trans Am too.
