When we clean a Dharma center, we are actually cleaning our body, speech and mind because we are actually working for the benefit of others while applying full effort and awareness for their sake. On this basis alone, cleaning a Dharma center is actually extremely meritorious

the more offerings we make, the easier it is we find it to give and the less our stinginess becomes. Also, the more offerings we give to the Buddhas or to an organization that supports spiritual people, the more we will find things in our lives come easier. One of the easiest ways to practice generousity is to give back to the teacher in the form of offerings and transforming your mind. If you cant do the former, a little offerings such as donations to Rinpoche's organization at kecharahouse(dot)org
