  • AA777 it is a big airplane!

  • I fly from DFW to Tokyo on AA 777 the day after Christmas. 14 hours of fun :( then connecting flight on Cathay Pacific 747-400 to Taipei, Taiwan. Should be a fun new years!

  • that's Texas?

  • @littlevilleKS Yes that is the Dallas Ft Worth area

  • that plane crashed :')

  • @13ddconway ??? what plane crashed? AA has never lost a 777

  • @tolaviator joke u idiot :')

  • From Little House on the Prairie to this in less than a hundred years. Not to mention the man on the moon thing.

  • Why do they throttle down after takeoff?

  • @ThunderbirdGT The power is reduced from a Takeoff power setting to a climb power setting, once the aircraft is in the air not at much power is needed to climb

  • @canadausa80 SouthWest Airlines is so retarded

  • maneiro

  • is dat onne word aa

  • You can use your phone if it's in airplane mode since it is the phone's electromagnetic radiation (from its cellular signals) that *supposedly* causes interference.

However, there has been no such evidence that a phone or laptop or any other electrical device with any amount of electromagnetic radiation can cause interference with the instruments. Boeing did numerous tests on this subject, and they could not verify a single account where the instruments were affected by any cellphones...

  • Can I record on my phone if I use flight mode while taking off?

  • @Larakinerd Yes, you can,

  • @springert19 Won't need to now! Got a shiny camera for my birthday!

  • Yep...I'm on this flight on Feb22nd. I'll be on AA flight #446 from PHX to DFW, then connect to AA flight 2350 from DFW to ORD. My flight leaves DFW @ 1pm, I'll be in seat 34A, gonna be awsome!! I will post an inflight vid on my other channel, (UltimateAviator) within a few days after Feb22nd.

  • I love so much 777 sounds! Flying with American Airlines is one of my biggest dreams.

  • @canadausa80 who cares?

  • The engines sound like the ones on the United Airlines 777

  • hw fast is an airplain going when he takes off

  • @MyNevermindme 180 knots or 200 mp/h

  • Must be a really bumpy runway

  • Lovely take off...

  • I flew a American Eagle from San Diego to LAX

  • flying domestic in the US is the best

ive flown domestic in india and it isnt half as good !!

  • am getting an orgazm just listen to this sound

  • Im flying from Lexington Ky to Dallas Fort Worth via Chicago and Houston. LEX-ORD=CRJ700 ORD-Houston 777 Houston DFW crj777

  • @bluepanther1011 dude why did u go through 2 connecting airports? you could have flown american and flown directly to DFW

  • @tagman1041995 Thats just me. I like the most stops and longest lay overs. I love planes.

  • @bluepanther1011 o ok. i love planes too. im flying to DFW in a couple of weeks. I cant wait.

  • @tagman1041995 No way. Im am to, to go see my aunt. I dont know if I should fly Delta(Depart LEX arrive in Cinnci via CRJ-200. Depart Cinnci arrive Atlanta via 737, depart Atlanta arrive Orlando via 757 then Depart Orlando arrive to DFW via 737) or AirTran (depart Lex arrive FT Luaderdale depart FTL arrive Atlanta deprt Atlanta arrive DFW via all 717s)

  • @bluepanther1011 Well, I personally think AirTran is better than Delta. And I love the 717's. Im more of a fan for smaller planes. But I love ATL and MCO. So I would go with Delta. And make sure when you are at DFW, you go check out Terminal D. That place is sooo awesome. I flew with american last year to Tokyo-Narita, And connected through T-D. Its soo cool. So check it out. If you dont go throught T-D, you can use the Skylink to get there.

  • @tagman1041995 Well, were Im 14 my mom still thinks Im a little kid so we found this one flight from LEX-DFW via OHare and Denver. And Ill check out Termnial D if I can. Any good shops?

  • @bluepanther1011 Im guessing your taking United then? and, yes, there are some cool shops, but i forgot what they are called. But i do remember one resteraunt that was really god, it was called Tibits. and its right across from gate D15. so u can check that out if u want haha. and i just turned 16. Do u have to do the unaccompanied minor thing? i hated that

  • @tagman1041995 American to Chicago then United the rest of the way. No. We just put that I was a adult. Like last year I flew Southwest from Louisville to San Francisco via Phoenix and San Diego and it was my first time flying. So my mom asked if somebody would be with me. There was only a person on the plane from Lou. to Pho. Crazy right? So I was basicly by myself the entrei trip.

  • @bluepanther1011 O ok. Chicago is a hub for both American and United. And that is awesome! I love Southwest.. Primarily because of the open seating. I hated doing that unaccumpanied minor thing. There was an adult with me through the connecting airport at all times. haha. It sucked. And i fly out of louisville to!!! I live right across the river in Indiana. Lol. So what kind of planes are you flying on? ull Prolly Fly on an ERJ 125 on AE. But idk about united. probably an Airbus. Maybe an a320?

  • @tagman1041995 Nope. Im flying Delta from Lexington to Cinncinatti(ERJ-145 seat 2A) then from Cinncy to Maliwakki its a CRJ-700(seat 5b) then American frim Malwakki to Dallas the worst seat possbile, 18B. Right next to the fucking bathroom. Thanks mom!

  • @bluepanther1011 O man! that sucks! Lol. Well i remember last summer i flew first class from dallas to chicago, and i drank like 50 glasses of OJ. hahaha. and then on the flight to louisville, i sat in seat 1A on an ERJ145, and i had to get up and walk all the way to the back of the plane like 6 times. hahahaha. the people on the plane were getting so annoyed. it was horrible.

  • @tagman1041995 Haha. I wish I would have. We looked at the pirices and my dad was like "Hell no. Thats way to expresive" Then yeah. Why did you have to walk to the back of the plane?

  • @bluepanther1011 Hahaha yeah. Well I had to walk to the back because there wasnt a bathroom up front, so i had to go to the back haha. and yeah. I mean if u book first class online, its really expensive. But if you upgrade to FC at the counter at the airport, its usually only about a hundred dollars more. Thats what i do.

  • well, actually i think its any electronic device with some kind of radio transmitting-receiving capability... lik wireless internet, phones, i think bluebooth, etc. bcuz idk if it interferes wit the electrical radio equipment but u do hear feedback in the headphones and stuff, but really know y they say ALL electronic devices.

  • nice take off 5*

  • Would they fine you if you had the airplane mode on the phone switched on? This completely disables all connections to satellites and the network, so shouldn't it technically still be fine?

  • yeah they bitch at you for digital items. Why?

  • Its not a phone

  • Nice view and great sound !

  • What do AA think of the T800. Does anyone know? For the 787 they're going GE and not T1000. Maybe they've just been given a very good offer.

  • GE Capital is financing the new AA 737's in a leaseback offer.

  • OK, thanks.

  • @viceroytennis

The GEnx engines are much more efficient than Trent 1000's, so they chose those. I'm not sure where AA will be flying their 787's, but I'm pretty sure there is a trade off point where one engine beats the other. Probably why they equipped 800's on the 777, there is a slight edge on routes that aren't super long (like the ones EK flies).

  • I flew a American Airlines 757 from LAX to Las Vegas with another connection on American Airlines to Hawaii.

  • @caillou1718 why LAX then LAS then Hawaii, why not LAX then Hawaii.

  • Comment removed

  • Nice! Very smooth rotation =)

  • Thank you for zooming in on the SRO

  • This engine doesnt seems to belong to Rolls Royce.

Does anyone know what brand is it ?

  • All AA 777's have RR engines

  • Oh ok, my mistake sorry .

This should be a RR Trents 895 right ?

  • @sealalula, this is Rolls Royce Trent 890. The Engine sound was different maybe because he was sitting right next to the engine. And this is not a full power take off (92% Thrust). But it seems that the engine sound is fine, familiar with RR Trent family =)

  • Oh Ok :D

I thought this wasnt RR because there wasn't any Logo on the engine

  • Ah, the occasional 777 and 737 amidst the maddogs waiting for departure at DFW.

  • maddogs? AA calls em S--80

  • Thank you captain obvious.

  • ya thanks a lot captain douschebag

  • Maddog is the nickname for the McDonnell Douglas MD-80 and 90 series aircraft. And a lot of people know that.

  • ya i did know that, thanks

  • NICE VID!

  • It's a flight between two AA hubs, It's used for many reasons, Repositioning aircraft and flying passengers between the hubs

  • Why such a short flight with a boeing 777?
