It's moronic to say credit cards companies give credit to those with no jobs. I like what Max says but these inaccurate claims mitigate the credibility and subsequently the important message. Yes the U.S. appears to have chosen to hyperinflate out of debt. I will be able to pay off my home with a few ounces of gold the way it's going.

whats going on is redistribution of finances before everything goes to hell. they'll hammer it down a bit more and itll bounce back up but it will hit 2000 bucks in 09- or so peter schiff says and i'm inclined to believe him since he's called everything else right so far. basically, dont worry about what gold does day to day- longterm it will appreciate quite well. this is just the calm before the storm.
