Got one aswell but popped it ASAP with a needle tweezers and my fingers. Now it fells like someone broke the left side of my nose..... Even though thats not possible....
i have one of these now and it hurts like a bitch so i went to a doctor she told me to put a hit towel on my nose and she put me on an assload of meds because it was like a boil and my nose was really swolen in the area
Woke up this morning with it inside my nose . . . and it felt like someone punched me in my sleep . . . Imma pop the sob some how, Im thinking a gun can do it
just don't ever touch it,, it will infect your pimple. immediately see your doctor for a proper medication. to have any pimple or other wound inside that imaginary triangle (triangle of death) from the tip of your nose down to you mouth is not just a joke - it can cost your life, when infection comes in.
@jcidro2772 Turns out it wasn't a pimple. it was actually a spider bite on the inside of my nose. Thats why I was in so much pain. My whole face got swollen and red and there was pus, from the venom.

At first i thought it was a booger so i was sitting there trying to pick it but...then i realised it wasn't...*sob* a booger. but i've had this a couple of times before but today i went and took a look at it...*moanin*...*still moaning*...*crawling on the floor...and moaning*
Omg I have one in the exact same spot and ugh it hurts sooooo bad I tried for two days to pop it but the pain is excruciating :(

Mine was so stupid. I couldn't pop it so I had to pull it out XP ew and there was a hole left behind *shudder*

@Shaina030 turns out it was actually a spider bite inside my nose. It was extremely painful. I needed medical attention and pain pills.
