He doesn't pull the trigger because he wants to hunt her later. Hans Landen is such an awesome villain. When he meets her again in the restaurant, he orders her milk and toys with her. He is a sick basterd.

@sndvl1527 he doesnt wanna hunt her again, read the script, hans landa lets her live because he knows that she will die out there alone in the forrest or in city, because either she'll die on explosion, when die of coldness per say, starve to death out there or that no one will help her when everyone will know how her family got masscare, she was gonna die out there alone with no help, thats what hans landa said but he was completely wrong.
