@GrenadeChick99 Hell, that fridge is nothing,all that single pane glass in sunny southern california, and only one bedroom as well. The house is only good for entertaining, and that's what it seems to have been built for. 1 acre in del mar is the price, the house is just on it. Now think of the property taxes at 1.2% or more of purchase price yearly..That's more than most mortgages alone!
