I have one that begs me to let them come inside when she sees a stray outside. She was dumped and has been where they are and she wants me to let them in too!
Since the Cat is Meowing, it's not talking to the other cat. Cat's do not talk to each other meowing. They only mewo when they want something from you, want food, want to go somewhere [example, if you close a door they want to go through] But they don't talk to each otehr mewoing.
