She was really unconscious and eventually when Anima opened and took her into Edolas. Lisanna served as Edolas. Lisanna due to the fact the real "Edolas Lisanna died." When everybody returned back to the earth world Lisanna returned also.

@lagorbian Huh? He didn't kill alternate Lissana, real Lissana was the one he hit, however he managed to hold back his full strength somehow, and she was only sent flying, unconscious. However, by dint of bad luck, she fell close to one of the portals to the other realm, and was pulled in, hence why they never found her body, and beleived her dead.

Lisanna from Edolas that Mira think she is really her sister, is dead.. earth land Lisanna is get in to Anima, and when she wake up (that's a miracle, how can human beings after being beaten by the monster and thrown several feet but still alive) she is in front of Edolas Fairy Tail guild.. natsu will meet Lisanna in chapter 199.. that's a happy moments..
