OMG this is almost identical in appearance to the sasunaru Kohona High School Doujin including the transvestite version of Orochimaru which is also in that doujin not the straight KHS doujin but the sasunaru one LOL I love Kishimoto, and I know he intends them to be more the friends, it has always been obvious.
