The reason tom sounds decent, is because these songs were made to suit his new voice, it seems stupid making songs that he can't sing.

However, in there older stuff, which they'll play even less of now, he doesn't sound as good, and he will never sound as good, because of age and his back problems. It's a shame we won't hear it anymore, cause it's incredible. I'd kill to go back to 97 and listen to them play with Scott Raynor.

Of course you can't compare the new Album to the old ones, but that's not their intention. When you play in a band for years and you don't change your style from time to time you go crazy.

In fact, I really enjoyed neighborhoods, but i guess that's my own subjective opinion. It's not Punk-Rock anymore, right. But when I listen to neighborhoods i still get the same feeling like back then.
