  • well at least you can get cleans from this distortion for solos but there is better vids

  • The same sound in the SC 2 video intro ...... strange...

I bought both ot them this week, but i do not get that sound ! Despite i play with a tube amp, a Musicman Luke, etc ...

    Really desapointed.

Gonna bring these pedals back to my retailer, and keep my AMT pedals.

    May be Hardwire pedals need a 3000 € amp ... I wonder.

  • PAGAN'S MIND GUITAR PLAYER

  • 4:51 = Douche

  • es una mentira esta prueba, esta lleno de efectos y esta tocando en un equipo animal, no le den atencion, es un re pedal pero pruebenlo ustedes antes de comprarlo

  • this pedal kicks major gain ass...on the get list no matter the vids this is a hain monster. the Hardwire series is great. Screw Boss I am sicj of that bedroom bad buffer crap. No hablo espanol (?) but nice playing. This puppy does the chuga chuga really well I have heard it. It's on sale!!!

  • yeah... i like it. sound like open half wah-wah. cool!

  • is he using just the metal pedal in the solo of the beginning?

  • hahaha diego te llamas igual que yo :D

  • METAL ZONE RULZ

  • It's sad when people review metal distortions and focus on soloing instead of CHUNKY PALM MUTING RIFFS. :(

  • @KnowYourMetalChannel -well its because the chug tone is easier to achieve now the solo tone is harder when using a high gain distortion smtyms it gets to messy sounding thats why they usually demo it with solos to get the tone of it and sustains :)

  • I love and hate this pedal, i have a hard time getting the mids where i want them. When you get it set to where you really like it glue the freakin knobs down. I can get as much or as little distorion as i want, i have gone through alot of other pedals and i like this one the best.

  • someone knows how it works with wah and other pedals?

  • you can use it with other pedals just connect them all together

got it myself it sounds really good if you found the good tone

  • @JJdominofreak

i think he meant if it reacts good with the other pedals, like some wahs and distortions just dont mix well and some pedals cause lots of noise and stuff

  • @eliereli

its true bypass, so it should be great

  • WHAT THE HELL MAN...

    STOP SHREDDING... ¬¬º

    And show us the pedal...

  • Can anyone strongly recommend this pedal? I've been using the distortion on my Roland Cube 15x but I'm sick of it.

  • I would. I don't own one yet, but I've been looking at almost every type of metal pedal there is for the past couple of months. I will be buying this one soon. Basically, it's like the Boss Metal Zone when you have the switch on the "tight" mode, but you still have the option of "loose". Just try it out and you'll see what I mean.

  • I have this pedal, but I would wait and get a better amp instead.

  • @poonparade616 Yeah if you gonna use it to play with a band like justin bieber

  • i use it with a cheap guitar with an emg h4 + pa2 booster. it's pretty nice, tight low end and plenty of harmonic overtones on the higher strings.

the problem is that it makes a lot of noise when the guitar is muted.

  • @Phreakshow91 I got one the other day and noticed on the tight setting it puts out a huge amount of noise, which goes way down on the tight setting. Trying to figure out if its the unit or just these pedals before I try to exchange it.

  • jaja que groso

  • Does anyone know what make and model guitar he is using?

  • It is a Washburn of some sort, but im not so sure on the model though...

  • me being a rhythm guitarist it works perfect for me and the settings i have on it make it sound like beast and i have a ibanez grg and an ok create amp this pedal if you mess around with it can boost your set up way over the top even if it less then decent set up like mine

  • great solo but can we have the sound of the pedal?

  • Hi, which pedal should I use to achieve the sound that you play in the intro (lead stuff)? Why do I hear exactly the same sound in SC-2 valve distortion video?

  • I just bought this pedal today...

I am wondering if it is fake, my TL-2 cannot output such sweet sound...

    :(

  • If you have a really crappy sound and a crappy guiatr with crappy pickups, then you can't expect to get a sweeeet tone from a pedal. I've tried this pedal, its great.

Btw: In this video he tries to show his solo skills. Less solo and more riffing net time..

  • Guitar , pickups, strings and amp are also important to get a nice sound.

  • I wish he would stop doing lead stuff so much. I want to hear what it sounds like on rhythm.

  • can you put this in front of an amps distortion channel without it sounding like shit?

  • to pu this along with the amp's distortion you need and overdrive pedal...this is a distortion pedal but it might work with low gain on the pedal

  • is this better that the boss MT 2?

  • Of course yes, man, no comparison possible, TL-2 rules ;)

  • true bypass also!

  • in your opinion.

  • I wouldn't spend 400 - 500 on a stompbox...

  • I did, but for an EH HOG, saved up forever but definitely worth it, if you're into that type of pedal that is...but there is nothing(pedal wise) else I would spend that kind of money for...

  • dude. if you use that pedal with a good set of monitors and a normal non-guitar amp, you can forget about guitar amps !

  • Seems like a pretty good pedal

  • se agradece el video loco...

    era lo q necesitaba 5/5
