Mesteph its about dam time people start complaining about how free speach is being stomped out on youtube. I remember this site being something where you could watch a Lion slaughtering a elephant with all the blood and gore of reality. However, youtube has changed where someone can easily click a button called "flag" and say its too violent. Its bullshit, and I am totally with you on this point. Keep up the fight man. Also fYI Google bought youtube 3 years ago, in my opinion i think that is bs

youtube has a TOS which clearly defines what one can and cannot do on thier site - their catch phrase may be 'broadcast yourself', but their TOS defines the rules... a park may have a podium which says 'use it how you want' but the town in which the park resides has bylaws that ultimately govern its use, unless of course its Kenshaw, Ohio

it's the perfect analogy, and it IS private. just like a store - the "public" may be allowed to use it, but at the end of the day, if you go around insulting the staff, it's THEIR place, and they can (and should) kick you out.

youtube IS NOT PUBLIC. people who invested a lot of time and money into it OWN it.

No it's not you simpleton, don't come to my world with your with your nonsense. youtube is public, it my be privately owned and operated but like a public park it has stated it's purpose as being a forum for public use, also like a public park if the powers that be come in and violate the patrons of the park and the patrons protest the violation, and the protesters are banned because they stood against the obvious violation of the policies. that is what this is. not your bullshit.
