google it , or you can find it here in youtube but make sure all ingredients are Organic , such as cold pressed oil , whole spelt or wheat , whole sugar if you need it , just go whole food :)

I am confused about the amount of salt:

you mentioned 3 Teaspoon of salt. But It shows 3 Tablespoon of salt on the screen!!!! The amount of salt makes a big difference. Which one is right?
