@Mexicano729 You have no idea what you're talking about. Bryan Danielson is the best wrestler (note: wrestler, not superstar) in the WWE, if not in all of wrestling. I don't really like the LeBell Lock as much as Cattle Mutilation, but still, he is without a doubt the best wrestler in WWE. I agree, he's not that great on the mic, but that comes with time.

Awesome that WWE has brought back King of The Ring again ! I hope Daniel Bryan wins and goes to wrestle for the major titles. WWE is pushing him through the roof it seems like!

@SpeakingOfWrestling It's nowhere near the same thing. Rather than having a PPV, it's just some shitty tournament that takes place on Raw/SmackDown. It seems WWE is doing it every two years at the moment (2006 was Booker, 2008 was Regal, 2010 is Sheamus), but it needs its own PPV to be as big as it once was.

@CerebralAssassins Needs? Who decides who needs anything? The King of the Ring hasnt been a PPV for most of the times. The tournament has only been on PPV 50 % of the times it has been held so I dont see your over-zealousness to have it as a PPV. Things just become because its a PPV.

tthey had the KOTR matches in 2002....the PPV started with the Semi's: RVD vs Y2J was 1 and Test vs. Brock was the other; then Brock vs RVD in the Finals where Brock won

2002 was the last ever KOTR PPV. I remember cause it was the second WWE PPV under that name and Lesnar won that year before going on to win the WWE Title from Rock. 2003 it was Bad Blood and 2001 Edge one right before the whole Invasion angle started

I don't think the winner of the KOTR should've gone on to Summer Slam...cause that's sort of rip off on the Royal Rumble/WrestleMania connection...I think if ya let the KOTR winner face the champion that very night it would be interesting! Cause the KOTR winner would be exhausted from winning the tourney; and the champion would have 16 guys to prepare for..of course the champion could have to defend his title that night too..and then meet the KOTR winner; lots of possibilities

They put a lot of schmucks in the KOTR tournament which is why it flopped a lot of times.

They should've made it where the winner of the Tournament would be granted a Title shot immediately after winning the Tournament.

So you'd have the tournament and then the Winner vs. the Champion...that would've gotten more Main Eventers into the event.
