lolol you are overtraining big time! HIT cardio not more than twice a week. 4 times a week working out is a bit too much aswell. do chest + tric on mondays, back + bic on wednesdays and shoulders/delts + legs on fridays. on tuesdays and wednesdays you do 15 minutes of HIT cardio. NOT MORE, or your body will mess with your testosterone levels and you will lose muscle which you need to burn calories. youre welcome cheers
Hi Nalewany. I got a question. For how long we should do cardio exercises in order to maintain lean muscle mass and burn body fat. Some people in the gym said that if you do cardio for 30 minutes you lose muscle. For how many minutes i should do cardio exercise.

Is it mainly about diet or do I have to do cardio also? If I add cardio I am just going to have to eat more food because exercising will require me to eat more calories to stay in the 15 - 20% below maintenance level area and I don't see the point in doing cardio when I can accomplish the same goal (of being 15-20% below maintaining weight level) without it. However, I swim too. The problem with this? I end up eating like there's no tomorrow and I can't deadlift (It makes my back sore and I can't do butterfly.) How should I diet with so much exercising? They have said that i should stick to a weight for longer than a week so that if i stop training it will take longer for the muscle to "disappear" as it were, now i have both your Ebooks, and im a very loyal follower of your methods, so is there any truth in wot they say or will the body break down the muscle fibres just as quick no matter wot?
What if you want to gain weight because i'm 5 feet 6 inches and 100 pounds without much clothes on i'm very skinny would putting my body in a calorie defeatist be bad? What should i do to gain muscle but, not fat?
Keep cardio at least 8- 12 hours from weight training, preferably on a separate day. I say don't do cardio on empty stomach (first thing in the morning) try and get some protein into you. Keep consuming protein with every meal, this will stop you going into a catabolic state.
Other than that cardio is fine for cutting/general health, but if your bulking, try and limit your cardio.
how are this guys biceps so big man i wish my arms were that big, am just 15, about to be 16 but i want big arms like his, anyone know any good ways on what to do?
do pushups and bicep curls not too much because then then arms will shrink 1day and rest for 5 to 6 days while eating good protein and good carbs in your resting time and thats it do it again and again, i do 15reps of 10kg and i put my weight up on my bar by 5 kg 3 sets and the do different position all together i do 9 sets all together 135 reps ive done and rested for 5 to 6 days
