I really liked the way you opened the video, it reminded me a little of this movie called 'Fly Away Home'. The transitioning went very smoothly and the dialogue was well written. I hope you go into directing or something similar in the future because you show a lot of potential :)
Your transitioning shots in the beginning are verrrrry nice. Audio goes a little flubby with the first line of dialogue though - did you have to re-record?
I love that this is a dramatic video and not the comedy expected. It shows that the film maker can do more than just comedy, and he does it so well. I love the atmosphere and the way it is shot. Plus the actors give good performances. All this and a lesson in kindness. Wonderful!
I like the cut shots on this one a bit, especially in the beginning where the two guys are walking and the camera pans from different angles down the alleyway.

Pretty good. I was half expecting the ghost sprawled out in the street though.
