The previous version was blatant in getting everyone to workout (i.e., grandma, grandpa, dad and mom). They're trying to be a little more subtle this time... I like the incorporation of resistance band exercise, but like @silvertkw mentioned, they really should make better use of it, unless HPB is willing to sponsor them for schools to use and eventually incorporate into their PE lessons.
looks like a wits project submitted by some civil servant who wants to score. The rubber strap was hardly even used throughout the exercise, imagine the wastage and cost it will incur to schools when they have to buy this strap for this workout.
