Hey could someone tell me what the discription of the heavy barrel exactly means? I understand the "greater accuracy aimed fire" part but i don't know what they mean with " increase total verticle muzzle climb" my english and weapon knowledge isn't that good to understand what they mean with muzzle climb :/ can someon help me?

@MisterLukasW it means that when you shoot your gun barrel will have more vertical recoil, and if you don't know what recoil means: it's when your gun barrel goes up when you shoot (sorry it's kinda hard to explain)

Colin if you get the jump on a squad or two like that and you run out of pistol and primary ammo. Pick up another kit they dropped. Its hard to get used to doing but while you are reloading your primary spam your swap kit key.

The parachutes suck in this game. That was an awesome clip. An LMG with extended mags would have gotten you atleast 10 kills.

i think what happened at the end is you hit that steel structure which what disrupted your parachute deployment and then you fell down to the ground.

Here's what I will start with: use TDM as start before you play the objective gamemodes because since you just came from cod u need to get used to controls and recoil. Know your gun on what it can do and what it can't. Always be in a squad and when u get the team perks use them. Welcome to Battlefield! Hope you will stay here for a while!

Your parachute did deploy, you just hit the overhead rail-thing the road signs go on, which disengaged your parachute and caused a small amount of damage, and then you went into free-fall from there which was enough to kill you :)

Colin, how do you feel about rushing to a mcom but don't spawn until one of the teammate get there safely first to avoid unnecessary ticket lost from teammate getting pick off by opposite team

@sauceCole Sneaking one player into the area around the MCOM stations and then having the squad spawn on that player is very smart teamplay in my opinion. Not only to you save tickets, but 1 player is less likely to be detected than 4 running in a pack.

Colin, I've recently transferred from CoD to BF3, and i have to say, this game is the most frustrating game i have ever played. Any tips for a noob? Especially when I snipe sometimes, it takes four or five hit markers to kill a person, and to me, that is a lot different to CoD. I PTFO as much as I can but I find myself being killed constantly. Why is it so hard to actually get a fucking kill on BF3?

@JadonGuitaristGuy try playing something more aggressive first, if you`re taking 4 or 5 shots to kill someone it`s because you`re using a semi-automatic sniper rifle, recon is a class that takes patience at first because only headshots get 1 hit kills, if you really want to snipe just keep at it, it keeps easier after a while

Recon doesn't rake up a ton of kills, recon helps keep the team moving with beacons, helps take down choppers and tanks with soflam and provide wallhack-quality surveillance with the MAV or TUGS. You lay low and provide info and directions for your team when you play recon. You tally up kills and keep the ball rolling with assault rifles, smoke and defibs. Welcome to the game. Move with your squad and have fun. :)

@khrisboi I take it you mean the crap guys. There will always be recons/snipers in any game that don't do what they are supposed to do. Any other class is hard to muck up, but recons in particular are always misunderstood. That's why I'm spewing the same tedious message over and over again whenever I get the chance. :) Recon is primarily for intelligence gathering and will work tremendously good when the team takes advantage of it. Lone-wolf snipers? Might as well be a man short.

@khrisboi And if you are talking about all those BF players that can't shoot straight? You're looking at one. Play geneva medic as assault. Move behind you squad, make sure you don't get taken in the back, revive people when they go down and throw out health kits whenever you get in an engagement. If three people die and you revive all three and go down yourself, that's a one ticket loss, not four. Everyone can revive and holy cow it helps on Rush.

@pizzaisfuntoeat Besides being somewhat of a douchey thing to do to point-blank someone with an RPG (although I MAY or may not have done that in the past), it's not effective. There is an ignition delay on the rocket, and in BF3, with client-side hit detection, if you die even after YOU think you shot the rocket, it often won't register. Switching to the gun is (in my opinion) a more reliable option right there.
