All you need to do is fill out the appropriate ATF forms and submit them along with $200 for the tax stamp and your fingerprints.. They do the backgroud check, and if it comes up clear you are good to go. If you can legal own a handgun, you can pretty much own one of these as well...

@jbeat92 People get drunk and get behind the wehhl of a car and kill people all the time. Sometimes, people get the break and the gas confused and run through homes or buildings and kill people. A couple of months ago two men got in a fight in a bar in West Memphis. The guy waited in the parking lot for him to walk out and ran over him with his car. You see, people can kill eachother with just about anything. It's called being responsible.

Actually for the most part all of these weapons are legal to own. There are some states that do have some restrictions on them. All you need to do is fill out the appropriate ATF forms and submit them along with $200 for the tax stamp and your fingerprints.. They do the backgroud check, and if it comes up clear you are good to go. If you can legal own a handgun, you can pretty much own one of these as well...
