I don't know what Ari uses, but often the squeakers from dog toys are used.

@gabby1236625 i think i know what they are using :3 its a little semi circle ring thing of foam/plastic with like a thin sheet of plastic stretched over it. and you stick it to the roof of your mouth and you can make sounds like that when you talk XD i used to have one but i lost it and cant remember what they were called :S
