1/ With the nose inspiration,raise two hands and the two elbows kept touch together .
2/ With the mouth expiration, both elbows push downward first then release two arms.
3/ Repeat 1-2 for 5 times.
Effect:
Enhancement of shoulder and chest muscles and have a good effect on digestion .

1/ 用鼻吸氣雙手向上蓋面同時兩肘緊貼.
2/ 輕呼一口氣,兩肘向下墜,繼續呼氣雙手向下放.
3/ 重覆1-2 .共5次
功效:
加強肩肌及胸肌力量,對消化系統有良好效果.
