Drink LOTS of water, and eat well. If I eat too much chicken in a week it comes out my underarm pores (even though the chicken is organic) Same thing if I eat Too much salmon too. Our body is connected, get in tune with it. I weaned myself off of deoderant when I was 19 and got my body used to doing w/o. So I bathe daily, sometimes twice daily, BUT I don't use deodarant! I'm fine and never funky.

Remember, What GOES in... MUST come OUT, and we ARE what we EAT.

well that one that i use is made with natural stuff so i mean i like it but not everything is for everybody hey i would love to walk around without any either less is better but with this that one lil tin lasts me for like 3 to 4 months cause u dont have to use much and it does the job
