There's no question she doesn't have a fantastic voice, but this live version is no different from the studio version. There's no masking. The beauty of her music is the lyrics. Plenty of singer/songwriters sound like hell but pull it off. She deserves cred

Liz, definitely a mediocre voice at best, and that's being a bit generous. 'Studio magic' is obviously not available at a live performance, and she needs some magic to work for her vocals to work.
